Return & Refund Policy
All sales at Tommy Miller Art are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on prints or original paintings. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
Prints — Damaged in Delivery
While we take great care in packaging every print, damage can occasionally occur in transit. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@tommymillerart.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You must include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of both the damaged print and the packaging it arrived in.
We will review the damage and work with you to determine whether a replacement print is warranted. Replacements are issued at our discretion based on the evidence provided. We are not able to assess damage claims raised more than 7 days after delivery.
Original Paintings — Damaged in Delivery
All original paintings are shipped with AusPost Extra Cover insurance for their full purchase value. If your original painting arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@tommymillerart.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You must include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the damaged artwork and its packaging — do not dispose of any packaging materials as these may be required for the insurance claim.
We will lodge a claim with AusPost on your behalf. Once the claim is processed and approved, we will issue you a full refund to your original payment method and arrange collection of the damaged artwork.
