Processing time
All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 7 business days of purchase.

Domestic shipping (Australia)
Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order's progress. Delivery timeframes vary by location but are typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Packaging
All prints and original paintings are rolled and shipped in protective mailing tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please do not discard your packaging until you have inspected your order.

On arrival
Once your order arrives, we recommend removing your print or painting from the tube promptly and laying it flat on a clean surface for 24–48 hours. This allows the paper to relax and flatten naturally before framing.

Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions.

International shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
